Role: To manage the nursing care and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life.
To provide professional leadership and support to the staff.
To ensure professional support to residents and relatives.
To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties.
To take particular responsibility for an area of work as agreed with the Nursing Care Manager.
