The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire & Security Engineer with a strong electrical bias to lead from the front.

This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with technical leadership, mentoring and team development.

Key Responsibilities Installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of fire and security systems.

Lead and support a team of engineers.

Identify training needs and deliver coaching and mentoring.

Support complex fault diagnosis and technical problem solving.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Deliver outstanding customer service.
