A well-regarded Legal500 law firm is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Associate to join its established Construction Law team.

The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters , with the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, provide high-quality commercial advice and support the supervision and development of junior lawyers and fee earners.

Key

Responsibilities:
Managing and developing a varied caseload.

Advising clients through research, drafting and negotiations.

Supervising and mentoring junior team members.

Supporting file audits, technical guidance and performance development.

Contributing to business development and identifying new opportunities.

Maintaining high standards of compliance and client care.
