We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our thriving and collaborative Building Consultancy team, based out of our Birmingham office and covering the wider Midlands region. You'll lead on a diverse portfolio of projects across both the public and private sectors, supporting clients with expert building surveying services.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services and managing key client relationships across the Midlands. You'll work across a variety of projects, with core responsibilities likely to include:
- Technical due diligence for commercial and residential properties
- Preparing specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for refurbishments and maintenance
- Conducting building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis
- Leading QA processes and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice
- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
