Salary: £13.22 per hour (£32,650 pa) on completion of successful 3-month Probation Period (£12.71 during initial 3 month Probation Period).
Factory based: Barlby, North Yorkshire (Nr Selby)
Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.00pm (47.5 hours per week)
Lunch Break: 30 minutes

Role Overview
Working in the Print Department with Machine Operatives assisting and fulfilling all aspects of operating a Screen-Printing Machine printing on glass.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Safety checks on the equipment you are using
- Setting up the machines for different jobs
- Checking and changing the screens and inks throughout the printing cycle
- Checking for defects, print quality and inspection
- Producing samples for pre-production approval
- Assisting with machine strip down and cleaning
- Loading and unloading Lehr, meeting production figures
Skills & Experience Required
- Prior experience in a print production role, preferably working with Debuit (preferable but not essential) and semi auto screen printing machines.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual and physical quality.
- Good communication skills, for dealing with internal teams.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and hands-on approach.
- Must be enthusiastic and committed to learning new skills and working in a fast-paced efficient team environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures and compliance - preferable but not essential.
