The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care while supporting care teams and ensuring the smooth running of shifts. Your duties may include:

  • Leading and supporting Care Assistants on shift
  • Administering and recording medication
  • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
