What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging sessions across vocational, academic, and employability programmes
  • Prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
  • Work with learners individually or in small groups to build confidence
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among learners
  • Achieve a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. AET)
  • Participate in internal training and CPD
  • Assess, record, and report learner progress following awarding body requirements
  • Contribute to continuous development of course materials and delivery methods
  • Engage positively with learners, parents/carers, and colleagues

What We're Looking For

  • A passionate educator or motor vehicle industry expert with experience or interest in teaching
  • Previous experience working with SEN learners is desirable, but not essential
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) and End-Point Assessment (EPA) would be a bonus but not essential
  • Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference
