We are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join a dynamic team for our clients head office in Scarborough.

As part of their ongoing development, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented administrator to support their group.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment on a temporary basis.

What the Temporary Administrator job involves Youll play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the head office, supporting various departments and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee activity, as directed.

Assisting with administrative tasks related to flexible working requests, references, and disciplinary processes.

Utilizing HR and payroll systems as directed.

Assisting with process reviews to enhance efficiency.

Updating and maintaining suites of letters for employee journeys.

Managing the main phone line, handling recruitment and general inquiries.

This is a varied and essential role that would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of an organization, managing multiple priorities, and providing excellent administrative support.

Skills required Were looking for a candidate who is kind, caring, and possesses a strong administrative background.

Ideal candidates will have: Competence with Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.

Strong administrative skills, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible.
