Location : Greater London Mode : Hybrid , 3 days a week in the office Type of employment : Permanent Job Description: SAP Lead Project Manager (preferably with SAP PLM implementation experience) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP projects across platforms such as SAP PLM, SAP DTLS, Self-Healing, and DOT. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and business users. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with SAP best practices. Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to executive sponsors. Oversee system testing, user training, and change management activities. Manage stakeholder expectations, project risks, and communication plans. Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience, preferably in the pharmaceuticals industry. Strong experience in a Scrum Master role. Proven experience in both Agile and traditional project delivery environments. Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
