Our boarding community is central to Prep School life, and you will contribute to this by joining the duty rota, helping to create a welcoming and safe environment for boarders, and supporting colleagues during evenings and occasional weekends.
Whether assisting with activities, supervising routines or accompanying trips, you will help ensure children feel secure and cared for during every part of their day.
Life at a boarding and day school is rewarding, collaborative and full of shared purpose.
You will work alongside colleagues who are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every child, and you will be encouraged to bring your own strengths, interests and ideas to the role.
Professional development is valued here, and you will be supported to grow your skills through training, mentoring and wider school involvement.
Accommodation is available during term time and holidays, with meals provided in our dining hall.
