My client, a leading technology strong Critical National Infrastructure organisation, seeks an experienced Procurement Application Team Lead with Coupa experience. You will form a core part of their ongoing digital transformation, playing a key role in supporting and enhancing their enterprise systems.
This role will lead the Digital Corporate Applications Procurement team, overseeing the support, maintenance and delivery of procurement systems across the ERP estate. You will ensure our procurement applications are reliable, integrated and aligned to business needs while enabling ongoing transformation.
The role will involve the integration of Coupa with SAP, Workday, Maximo and other enterprise systems, using Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, SIM and CLM.
Essential experience for the Procurement Application Team Lead:- Need to be hands on, SME specialist on Coupa who has good knowledge of navigating and updating the system.
- Strong experience with ERP systems and procurement processes.
- Experience integrating procurement platforms with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Proven experience in application management and system delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Lead and manage the Procurement Applications team, ensuring effective delivery of support and development services.
- Own the lifecycle management of procurement applications including Coupa, SAP SRM and Portal.
- Deliver system implementations, upgrades and enhancements aligned to business objectives.
- Support integration of Coupa with SAP, Workday, Maximo and other enterprise systems.
- Provide 2nd-4th line support and ensure robust service delivery through IT service teams.
- Collaborate with solution architecture, service delivery and project teams.
- Ensure application security, governance and compliance.
- Maintain system documentation and support processes.
- Manage suppliers, partners and third-party delivery teams.
- Lead testing activities including unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, SIM and CLM (preferred).
- SAP SRM / S4HANA or equivalent.
- Integration technologies and ERP ecosystems.
