What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging and inclusive Pathways programmes that support learners with a range of educational and additional support needs
- Plan and deliver personalised learning activities that develop independence, communication, employability, life skills, and social development
- Support learners to achieve individual targets and recognised qualifications where appropriate
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment that promotes confidence and progression
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to maximise learner outcomes
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, equality, diversity, and professional practice
What You’ll Bring
- A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above in Education, SEND, Health & Social Care or a related subject, Supported Learning, or a related subject area
- Experience working with young people and/or adults with additional learning needs, SEND, EHCPs, or barriers to learning
- Strong communication, organisational, and learner-support skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and learner-centred approaches
- Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential
