Ready to shape the future of an organisation through people, culture, and workforce planning? We're recruiting for a Director of People and Culture to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the organisation's people strategy, culture, and workforce planning agenda.
The role will see you:
- Developing and delivering a strategic People and Culture plan
- Leading workforce planning, talent, and organisational development
- Advising senior leaders on culture, engagement, and employee experience
- Leading and developing the People team
We're looking for someone with:
- Senior People and Culture leadership experience
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering people strategies and workforce plans
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
