This role sits at the heart of our omni-channel approach, working across ask US as the Universitys single front door for student enquiries, and our specialist service teams who support more complex cases.
Youll work closely with customer-facing teams, technology colleagues, product owners, data specialists, content owners and suppliers to make sure our systems and processes support a joined-up, end-to-end experience.
Together, youll help strengthen consistent CRM use, knowledge management, self-service, automation and proactive support, using insight to reduce avoidable contact and improve service quality.
