Location(s): UK, Europe & Africa : UK : Guildford || UK, Europe & Africa : UK : London Job Title: Sales Operation Manager (maternity cover – 12 months) Location: : Guildford, hybrid – Guildford 1 – 2 days per week We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role What you\’ll be doing Ensuring Sales Process is running smoothly and efficiently by liaising with relevant teams and in line with compliance Contribute to a culture of Sales Excellence and champion Sales Change. On-boarding Sales & BD community onto Business Winning Platform Management of Sales Compensation Activities Drive improvements to Sales Process and Technology There are also people manager responsibilities in this role Your skills and experiences We are looking for a candidate who is pro-active, a good communicator and listener. The ideal candidate will be good with people and have some experience of line manager responsibilities. It would be beneficial to have some experience of Sales & BD and some familiarity with Salesforce but is not essential. An exciting, fast-paced environment with opportunity to build strong networks within Sales & BD and be people manager for future talent of Digital Intelligence. This role also provides a unique experience to become a subject matter expert in the Digital Intelligence Business Winning tool and champion Sales Excellence.
