What You\'ll Be Doing Take ownership of the UK business – full P&L, strategy, and delivery. Still be hands-on in sales – winning and developing key accounts – while also shaping the bigger picture. Build, coach and structure a small sales and operations team to support growth. Design and deliver the business plan for UK expansion and EMEA rollout over the next five years.
