This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join a successful commercial team, acting as the first point of contact for customers and supporting the growth of a forward-thinking business.

Based from the Wokingham office, you'll work closely with internal teams to qualify opportunities, support customers and ensure a smooth handover through to the next stage of the process.
What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Development Representative , you will: Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
Build relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
Qualify sales opportunities and identify suitable solutions.
Guide customers through digital assessment processes to gather key information.
Support customers remotely and answer technical queries.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
Manage follow-ups and ensure opportunities progress efficiently.
Work closely with internal teams to provide high-quality customer information.
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently support customer conversations.
Provide feedback to improve customer processes and sales journeys.
What We're Looking For 2-4 years' experience in Sales, Customer Management, Customer Success or Technical Support.
Experience working within a fast-paced environment such as technology, engineering or a growing business.
Comfortable using CRM systems (Hub Spot experience would be advantageous).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
Organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple conversations.
A proactive and target-driven approach.
Curious mindset with an interest in learning technical products and solutions.
Experience within heating, energy, home improvements or a technical industry would be beneficial but not essential.
