Our Care Assistants at Wellburn are the backbone of what we do. They provide top quality care to our residents. We are looking for hard working, dedicated, lovely people who will go the extra mile for our residents.
The Care Assistant role is not always glamourous, but it's one of the most important, rewarding jobs out there. Our Care Assistants always have the residents health and wellbeing in mind by assisting with daily tasks such as with meals, personal care, providing one-to-one support and encouraging independence.
