Rapier Employment are looking for a medical delivery/van driver to support our well-known client based around the Oxfordshire area.
Position: Van Driver
Hours: Start between 06:00 - 12:00 (rota basis) per week
Days: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
Overtime: Paid at x1.5 after 37.5 hours worked
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Transporting blood and tissue samples between sites
- Making anywhere between 20-30 drops per day
- Pathology delivery and collections
- Delivering internal mail between different sites
- Collecting samples from surgeries as well as hospitals
- No hazardous goods or heavy lifting required
Full training will be provided and further opportunities for progression or movement within the company down the line. Induction and assessments will be paid for.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or over due to insurance purposes
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Full UK driving licence
- A basic DBS check will be required for the role
