Here at GXO, were seeking an Inventory First Line Manager to join our Abercrombie & Fitch contract based in Rushden. Youll lead the inventory function and oversee the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring stock accuracy, system integrity, and operational efficiency. Youll play a key role in driving continuous improvement while leading and developing your team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Sunday to Thursday, 14:00 till 22:00.

What youll do on a typical day:
Managing inventory operations, including cycle counts (PI), stock accuracy, and system integrity
Leading and developing a team, providing feedback, training, and performance support
Monitoring WMS performance and identifying/reporting any stock or system issues
Planning labour, shifts, and workloads to meet operational demand and budget
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and resolving inventory discrepancies
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience leading teams within a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong knowledge of stock control processes and inventory management
Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder)
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
A proactive, detail-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills
