We are dedicated to supporting and caring for young individuals aged between 10-17 years old. Our dedicated team are here to help young people through their challenges and provide them with the tools and guidance they need every single day.
- Developing positive relationships with the young people in our care, their families and external agencies
- Contributing to the young persons care plans and any risk assessments, supporting with implementation and reviews
- Supporting young people with daily activities, educational needs and emotional wellbeing
- Ensuring that good quality records are maintained as required
What we are looking for?
- Previous experience in a children's residential setting or similar role
- The ability to interact with young people and manage challenging behaviours calmly
- A full UK driving licence
- Over 21 years of age to meet industry regulations
- Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Children's & Young Peoples workforce would be great although this is not essential
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings and sleep-in duties on a rota basis
