We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Ruislip. Applicants must have previous automotive sales or similar high-value sales experience, a proven ability to achieve targets, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

- Location: Ruislip
- Salary: £22,500 basic + Uncapped Bonus
- OTE: £65,000+
- Hours: Monday - Saturdays, Day off in the week, No Sundays!

Role:
- Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales journey
- Manage showroom, telephone and online sales enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Present relevant additional products based on customer needs
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally
- Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales administration
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales or similar high-value sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Confidence managing enquiries and closing sales
- Commercially focused with strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
