As the Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be:

  • Managing passive fire projects from mobilisation through to completion
  • Leading and managing site teams, subcontractors and contractors
  • Overseeing fire stopping, compartmentation and fire door works
  • Ensuring all works are delivered to specification, programme and budget
  • Carrying out regular site inspections, quality checks and snagging
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety standards, regulations and project specifications
  • Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work are followed
  • Managing project programmes and monitoring progress against deadlines
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and other key stakeholders
  • Managing site documentation, reports and project records
  • Supporting with technical queries and resolving issues on site
  • Ensuring all passive fire works are completed to a high standard and handed over correctly

Passive Fire Site Manager qualifications / experience:

  • Previous experience managing passive fire projects
  • Strong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation and/or fire doors
  • Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and external contractors
  • Strong understanding of passive fire regulations, standards and best practice
  • Experience conducting quality inspections, audits and snagging
  • SMSTS qualification
  • Fire safety or passive fire-related qualification desirable
  • Strong understanding of RAMS and health & safety requirements

As the Passive Fire Site Manager, you will receive:
