Job Title: Multiskilled Electrical Engineer
Location: Victoria, London, SW1W
Package: £48,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (NO OUT OF HOURS)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a small yet dynamic team within a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, and general building services.
Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc.
Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building
Monitor BMS
Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Level 3 in Electrical Installations City & Guilds / NVQ / EAL / Higher Education
Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
Knowledge of commercial building systems
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
