Were looking for an experienced Managing Director / Client Executive to join a global Life Sciences leadership team in London.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven consulting executive who can combine strategic vision, commercial leadership and deep Life Sciences expertise to grow major client relationships and deliver complex transformation programmes.
Youll take responsibility for one of the organisations largest global Life Sciences accounts, while helping shape the wider growth strategy across leading pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organisations.
The Role Act as Senior Client Executive for a major global Life Sciences account.
Own account growth across new business, client relationships, delivery quality, profitability and risk.
Develop and execute targeted account strategies to drive significant growth.
Lead large, complex transformation programmes across areas such as R&D, HR & Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial.
Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ consultants and ensure high-quality delivery.
Manage significant client investment and project portfolios against commercial targets.
Build strong relationships with senior and C-suite Life Sciences stakeholders.
Represent the organisation as a Life Sciences thought leader through industry networks, speaking and professional activity.
Develop, mentor and lead high-performing consulting teams.
What Were Looking For Executive / Partner-level experience within a management consultancy, Big 4 or professional services organisation.
Deep Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry expertise.
Proven experience growing multi-million-pound/dollar client accounts.
Strong track record of winning and expanding major consulting engagements.
Experience leading large, complex transformation programmes.
Demonstrable commercial and business-unit growth experience.
Strong senior stakeholder and C-suite relationship management skills.
Established professional network within Life Sciences.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to balance strategy, commercial growth and delivery.
Proven experience building and developing high-performing teams.
