Are you passionate about helping organisations adopt Artificial Intelligence safely, responsibly and at scale? We're looking for an AI Governance Consultant to support clients in designing and implementing governance frameworks that enable innovation while managing regulatory, ethical and operational risk.

Working across multidisciplinary teams, you'll help organisations establish robust AI governance practices, navigate emerging regulations and ensure AI solutions are deployed responsibly across a range of industries.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, controls and operating models for enterprise clients.
  • Help organisations establish responsible AI practices that balance innovation with risk management.
  • Support clients in interpreting and applying emerging AI regulations and industry standards, including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 23894.
  • Conduct AI risk assessments, model governance reviews and responsible AI evaluations.
  • Facilitate governance workshops, stakeholder meetings and operating model design sessions.
  • Advise clients on AI lifecycle governance, including model development, deployment, monitoring, transparency, explainability and human oversight.
  • Provide governance guidance for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, covering areas such as privacy, security, bias, intellectual property and model risk.
  • Collaborate with business, legal, compliance, cyber security, engineering and data science teams to embed effective AI governance practices.
  • Contribute to internal capability development, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience delivering AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, Model Governance or Emerging Technology Regulation projects within a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks, policies and operating models.
  • Experience applying AI regulations, standards and best practice guidance.
  • Knowledge of AI lifecycle governance, model controls and responsible AI principles.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and governance considerations for Large Language Models.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex governance topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience implementing AI governance tooling, model risk management platforms or GRC solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, cyber security, privacy or technology risk.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Government, Consumer or Manufacturing.
  • Relevant certifications such as ISO 42001, IAPP AIGP, CRISC, CISM, CISSP or cloud AI certifications are advantageous.
