Salary: £55,000 - £110,000

Key Responsibilities of a Cost and Productivity Manager Deliver cost optimisation and operational improvement programmes across TMT organisations
Analyse financial and operational data to identify savings opportunities
Develop business cases, financial models and performance improvement strategies
Support procurement and third-party spend optimisation initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders across finance, technology, procurement, product and operations teams
Manage project delivery and client relationships
Coach and support junior team members
What We're Looking For in a Cost and Productivity Manager 6+ years' experience in cost optimisation, productivity improvement or financial turnaround programmes
Strong understanding of software, SaaS, media or technology environments
Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations
Strong communication, project management and problem-solving abilities
Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or MCIPS are advantageous but not essential
