This is a permanent, office-based role designed for a proactive dealmaker who wants to blend conventional leasing expertise with modern, digitally-driven property advisory.

Key Responsibilities Deal execution and advisory: Lead end-to-end commercial property leasing and acquisitions across Central London, managing negotiations and navigating complex legal processes to secure optimal terms.

Portfolio management: Proactively manage and update active rosters of commercial property listings, ensuring high-quality presentation and maximum market exposure.

Client consultation: Advise landlords and tenants on strategic property improvements, workspace optimization, and rental yields to maximize asset value.

Market networking: Actively build and leverage relationships with landlords, tenants, occupiers, and industry collaborators to generate high-value instructions and referral pipelines.

Process management: Oversee the conventional leasing journey, coordinating smoothly with solicitors, surveyors, and stakeholders from instruction to completion.

Required Skills & Experience Proven track record: 3 to 5 years of solid experience within a commercial agency, with a demonstrable history of completing successful commercial leasing transactions.

Industry background: Experience gained within a commercial agency, conventional leasing environment, or a serviced office provider (provided you possess strong knowledge of conventional lease structures).
