Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (some evening and weekend work will be required)

Pertemps is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support the delivery of a large-scale recruitment campaign for one of the UK's most recognised and trusted delivery organisations during its busiest period of the year. No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience within recruitment and customer service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries.
  • Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Using a range of sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates.
  • Maintaining effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements.
