Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to take the lead? The Recruitment Group is looking for an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to lead our Rugby branch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows recruitment, loves building strong relationships and has the leadership skills to inspire a team and drive continued growth.

You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, taking ownership of branch performance while developing a high-performing team and strengthening relationships with clients and candidates.

What you'll be doing

  • As Branch Manager, you'll take responsibility for the overall performance, development and growth of our Rugby branch.
  • You'll lead from the front, combining your recruitment expertise with commercial thinking and strong leadership to help the branch achieve its goals.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Leading, motivating and developing a team of recruitment consultants
    • Driving branch performance against revenue and growth targets
    • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
    • Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle across your sector(s)
    • Monitoring KPIs and using performance data to identify opportunities for growth
    • Supporting your team to deliver an exceptional service to clients and candidates
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
    • Creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing branch culture

About you

We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is ready to lead, develop and make a difference. You'll be a confident communicator with a proven ability to build relationships, develop business and get the best out of those around you.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally at Senior Consultant or Management level
  • A proven track record of business development and client relationship management
  • Experience leading, coaching or developing a recruitment team
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, growth and profitability
  • Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
  • The ability to motivate and inspire others
  • A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering great results
