Location: Rugby

Pay Rate: £13.69 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: temp, 3 months initially

We are looking for a proactive Project Officer to support a range of Housing Services improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and project management skills who enjoys delivering change and working with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support housing improvement projects, including reviews of Independent Living Services, Lifeline services, rents and service charges, and tenancy agreements.
  • Prepare project plans, business cases, risk registers and reports.
  • Research service delivery options and produce recommendations.
  • Organise tenant consultation events and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and update policies, procedures and working practices.
  • Deliver training and support to staff on new processes.
  • Maintain project documentation and databases.
About You
  • Experience delivering or supporting projects.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities.
  • Housing or public sector experience is desirable but not essential.
