Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing operation from day one, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful qualifying period.

We are currently recruiting Order Pickers at Heights / HLOP Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating a High-Level Order Picker, working at heights of up to 14 metres. Candidates must be comfortable working at height, with full training provided for the right applicants.

Warehouse experience is required, and FLT experience is desirable. All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and Drug and Alcohol test.

Hourly Rates and Shifts:

  • AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00), £14.06 p/h, £17.33 p/h for overtime
  • PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00), £15.56 p/h, £18.83 p/h for overtime

Key Responsibilities as an Order Picker at Heights:

  • Accurately picking orders while operating at heights of up to 14 metres
  • Working in very narrow aisles within a VNA warehouse environment
  • Completing general warehouse and manual handling duties
  • Following all site health and safety procedures
  • Completing rope escape training as part of the site induction
  • Supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining a clean and organised working area

Requirements as an Order Picker at Heights:

  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • No HLOP licence required - full training provided
  • Must be comfortable working at height
  • Ability to work within a narrow aisle environment
  • HLOP experience highly desirable (VNA experience also considered)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with a manual role
  • Flexible to work a 5 out of 6 shift pattern
  • Own transport essential due to limited public transport options
