We're looking for a skilled Electrical Assembly Operative to join a busy electro-mechanical engineering company in Rugby.

You will need strong wiring, crimping and soldering skills, and be comfortable working from drawings on fine, detailed wiring work.

The role:

  • Working from a bench on the shop floor
  • Assembling power and cooling systems
  • Soldering and crimping, including small gauge wires
  • Building mechanical frames from technical drawings

What you'll need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment
  • Strong electro-mechanical assembly, wiring and soldering skills
  • Based locally to Rugby
