About the Role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team in Thriplow. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Secure bags to the bagging machine ready for filling.
Operate the bagging equipment and initiate the bag filling process.
Scan completed bags to ensure accurate stock control and traceability.
Remove filled bags from the bagging area and place them onto the conveyor belt, preparing the machine for the next bag.
Complete production paperwork while the machinery is running, including recording operating times, production data and any relevant notes.
Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operating environment is desirable but not essential.
Good attention to detail and accuracy when completing paperwork.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00
