Class 2 HIAB Driver Temp to Perm Tunbridge Wells £17.00-19.05 per hour (PAYE) | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start Driver Hire Tonbridge is recruiting on behalf of a well-established builders' merchant in Tunbridge Wells for a Class 2 HIAB Driver on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and friendly business with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
What You'll Receive £17.00-19.05 per hour (PAYE)
Weekly pay every Friday
Minimum 8 hours' pay per shift
Holiday pay (accrued or rolled up your choice)

Monday to Friday working no regular weekend work
Full support from the Driver Hire Tonbridge team throughout your temporary assignment

The Role Working for a busy builders' merchant, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to trade and domestic customers throughout Kent and the surrounding areas.
Your duties will include:
Safely operating a Class 2 vehicle fitted with HIAB equipment
Delivering a range of building materials to customer sites
Carrying out daily vehicle checks
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
Providing excellent customer service at each delivery
Working closely with the branch team to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently
Typical start times are between 0700-0730, Monday to Friday.
What We're Looking For Category C (Class 2) licence held for a minimum of one year
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Valid HIAB qualification (remote crane preferred but not essential)
Previous experience delivering building materials is advantageous
Good communication and customer service skills
A reliable and professional approach to work
