This role is therefore ideal for candidates based in the Winchester area, or those with their own transport.
The
Role: Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include: Picking and packing customer orders.
Booking in deliveries and checking incoming goods.
Preparing orders for dispatch.
Organising and replenishing warehouse stock.
Carrying out regular stock counts and inventory checks.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily targets.
Working Hours Current location (North Baddesley): Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 Following relocation: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 Salary & Benefits £33,000-£35,000 per annum.
Monthly performance-related bonus after three months. 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Full training and ongoing support.
Monday to Friday working - enjoy your weekends free.

What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
