A fantastic opportunity for an Inventory & Procurement Manager to join a leading distributor of communication products and services, based in Romsey. Offering a salary of up to £47,000 plus a 10% bonus, this role will be responsible for leading inventory and procurement activities, driving supply chain performance, and supporting the continued growth of the business. This position would suit an experienced procurement or supply chain professional with a strong analytical background. The successful candidate will have experience managing inventory, supplier performance, and ERP systems.

Role responsibilities of the Inventory & Procurement Manager include:

  • Manage and optimise inventory, procurement, and supply chain operations to ensure stock availability, cost efficiency, and effective stock allocation.
  • Analyse supply chain performance, supplier performance, purchasing trends, inventory levels, and demand forecasts to support data-driven business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, managing contracts, lead times, pricing, and commercial performance across equipment, licences, and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate ERP and master data, improving data quality, standardisation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and European supply chain teams to align procurement, forecasting, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
