Quest Employment are recruiting! Quest Employment is looking for experienced HLOP Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term career prospects, weekly pay and a structured training process before moving onto the permanent site.
The Role
- Either already HLOP driver, or FLT driver willing to be taught to become HLOP Driver.
- As an HLOP Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a High Level Order Picker safely and efficiently
- Picking and replenishing stock within the warehouse
- Moving goods to the correct storage locations
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required
- Following all health and safety procedures, including safe working at height
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Shift / Training Process
Please note, successful candidates will complete training before moving onto the permanent site.
- Week 1 - Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Week 2 - Training: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00pm - Midnight
- Week 3 - Transition to Permanent Site: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Week 4 onwards - Permanent Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
What We're Looking For
- Previous HLOP driving experience
- Valid HLOP licence or accredited MHE qualification
- Comfortable working at height using the appropriate safety equipment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Flexible approach to warehouse duties
- Own transport is highly desirable due to the remote location of the site and limited public transport links.
