This is an exciting opportunity to join Churchill Estates Management at a pivotal point in our journey. As our business continues to grow, we're investing in a dedicated HR function to support our people and managers across the organisation. As an HR Advisor, you'll be joining the team at the very beginning, helping to shape how HR is delivered while making a genuine impact on the colleague experience.
You'll focus on working on a varied mix of employee relations, with the addition of coaching and continuous improvement, partnering with managers to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions that enable people and the business to thrive.

What you'll be doing
- You'll be a trusted advisor to managers across the business, providing expert guidance on a broad range of people matters, including:
- Managing a varied caseload of complex employee relations matters from start to finish.
- Providing timely, pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Supporting managers through high-risk or sensitive employee relations cases, balancing business needs with employee wellbeing.
- Partnering on organisational change projects, including restructures, consultations and TUPE.
- Coaching and developing managers to build confidence in managing people effectively.
- Identifying trends within employee relations data and recommending proactive solutions to improve engagement and reduce risk.
- Reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures and manager guidance.
- Delivering training and sharing HR best practice across the business.
- Producing meaningful HR metrics and reports to support informed decision-making.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the overall colleague experience.
This role is based at our Head Office in Ringwood and is office-based five days per week.
About you
You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers and finding practical solutions to people challenges. You'll also have:
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases independently.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge constructively.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience using HRIS systems.
