We are currently recruiting experienced Residential Childrens Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting adolescents within residential care settings across the Redhill area.

The Role
You will be supporting young people with:
Day-to-day care and routines
Emotional wellbeing and development

As a Residential Childrens Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day care, support and encouragement to young people, helping them feel safe, valued and supported.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing high-quality care and support to adolescents in a residential setting.
Building positive and trusting relationships with young people.
Supporting emotional wellbeing, independence and personal development.
Helping young people develop social and life skills.
Supporting daily routines and activities.
Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
Responding appropriately to challenging situations and behaviours.
Following individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant documentation.
Working effectively as part of the residential care team.
Ensuring the safety and welfare of young people at all times.
