Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be assisting our successful client who is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Website Assistant to support their marketing team across two established consumer brands. This is a varied, hands-on role covering email marketing, social media, website management, e-commerce and content creation. You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of digital platforms and get involved in both the day-to-day activity and seasonal campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing - Klaviyo
- Plan and create Klaviyo email flows and update these seasonally
- Create and manage regular email newsletters (approximately two per month)
- Write engaging copy, subject lines and headlines
- Create email graphics, banners, footers and other content
- Develop and update Klaviyo templates and reusable content
- Support promotional campaigns and customer communications
- Social Media & Content
- Create engaging organic social media content, including lifestyle imagery and Reels
- Write captions, headlines and engaging hooks
- Edit video content for Reels and longer-form content
- Assist with photography, video clips and stills
- Provide creative assets for paid social campaigns
- Monitor and respond to comments and queries across organic and paid social content
- Shopify & E-commerce
- Maintain and update the company's Shopify website
- Update homepage, collection and product page banners
- Manage seasonal pop-ups and campaign updates
- Update pricing, promotions and offers
- Add and update products
- Create and manage discount codes and promotional offers
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and checkout experience
- Ensure website content remains accurate, engaging and on brand
- WordPress Website
- Maintain and update the company's WordPress website
- Add and update products, images, banners, galleries and support content
- Manage Elementor pages and templates
- Work with custom fields, plugins and website functionality
- Maintain the website's visual identity, including colours, fonts and templates
- Create new landing pages when required
- Maintain and organise the online dealer portal, including product images, PDFs, ZIP files and other resources
- Ensure resources are clearly organised by product/model and download type
About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic, energetic and keen to get stuck in. This would suit a recent university graduate with limited commercial experience, provided you can demonstrate strong software skills, creativity and a genuine interest in digital marketing.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential, unless you are able to walk to the office.
