This medium-sized service holds a GOOD CQC rating and is recognised for delivering exceptional standards of care across nursing, dementia, and residential needs.

With a stable and experienced care team already in place, the Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the service.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

  • Lead and support care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards
  • Ensure compliance through governance, audits, safeguarding, care planning, and relevant legislation
  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, recruitment, rotas, budgets, and service safety
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and regulators

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

  • Previous experience in a Registered Manager role within a nursing or residential care home setting
  • NMC registered nurse (desirable, not essential)
  • Clear understanding of CQC regulations and inspection standards
