We are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy property maintenance team carrying out repairs and maintenance to residential properties across the Redditch area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Location: Redditch, B98
Contract Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 37 hours per week
- Initial contract from 10 August 2026 to 10 November 2026
- Opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate
Pay: £16.62 per hour PAYE
The Role: You will carry out a variety of plumbing work across occupied and void residential properties, including:
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
- Installing and replacing sanitary ware and pipework
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes
You will be part of a responsive repairs and maintenance service, taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to completion.
About You: The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties
- The ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
- A good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Relevant trade qualifications and experience working across a range of maintenance tasks would be advantageous.
