My client is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor/Engineering Coordinator to mainly focus on supporting systems for Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reliability Maintenance, and devising PM schedules. This role involves parts control and the monitoring of team performance. It will be part hands-on and part hands-off, with full autonomy on the night shift, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
There is flexibility with work hours for this role; you will be required to work 4 chosen nights across 6 nights, which will consist of four 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Friday. This position will suit a hands-on electrical maintenance engineer from an FMCG background who wants to step up into a senior position and does not mind a hybrid role (hands-on/desk-based).

- In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and logic control systems
- Experience of computerised maintenance management systems
