Our client is a fast-growing multi sector speciality distributor of chemicals and raw materials to the UK Manufacturing Industry
They are now seeking a Senior M anagement Accountant.
This position is a hybrid role and will be part office based in Redditch, Worcestershire and part home based. (3 Days in the office / 2 days at home).
It is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Finance Manager.
Job Purpose
Management of Company finances
Management of Cash Flow & forecasting
Management of HMRC obligations VAT, Duties
Management of Budgeting Process
Key Responsibilities
Strategic
Managing of the Budgeting Process
Looking after and improve Working Capital Processes
Perform Bank & Currency reconciliations
Operational
Manage foreign currency management
Looking after all payment plans and execution
Maintain and update cashflow forecast by currency
Trend Analyses and Reporting
Maintain relationships and work closely with the Business Services team
Debtor, Purchasing and Stock management from a cash flow perspective
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
Strong experience in a manufacturing or distribution organisation.
Demonstrable work experience in multiple accounting functions.
Able to develop effective relationships with work colleagues.
Experience of Oracle Net Suite (or equivalent).
Practicing exponent of Microsoft Office software / Computer literate
High standards and levels of accuracy, numeracy and literacy skills.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £50,000 per annum plus benefits (salary is negotiable and dependent on experience).
