About the Role We are seeking an ambitious Employer Engagement Manager West Yorkshire to lead our employer partnership strategy. You will be responsible for connecting skilled talent from our Skills Bootcamps with key employers across diverse sectors, including Digital, HGV, and Education. This is a vital role in driving regional growth and requires a self-driven individual who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders. Primary Purpose of the Role Your core purpose is to build meaningful relationships with employers, creating valuable job opportunities for our learners and supporting local workforce development. Backed by senior management, you will advance our mission to empower learners and drive positive employment outcomes across West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities for Employer Engagement Manager West Yorkshire ? Develop and execute an employer engagement strategy tailored to the diverse sectors of West Yorkshire. ? Build and nurture strong relationships with employers to create jobs for Skills Bootcamp learners and support the upskilling of their staff. ? Meet and exceed KPIs related to employer engagement and positive learner outcomes. ? Deliver practical employment support sessions to prepare learners for their career steps. ? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and utilise social media to enhance outreach. ? Maintain accurate and compliant records of all engagement activity using the Zoho CRM system. ? Represent Think Employment at networking events to build professional connections within the region. Skills and Qualifications Essential ? Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or employer engagement with a strong track record of success. ? Ability to independently develop lead-generation strategies and close sales to achieve goals. ? Demonstrable experience working with senior-level professionals and building long-term partnerships. ? Exceptional time management, organisational, and communication skills. ? An energetic, results-oriented mindset adaptable to a target-driven environment. ? A positive attitude, a creative approach to challenges, and strong problem-solving skills. ? Desirable ? Experience supporting employment outcomes on Skills Bootcamps. ?
