Your Role as a Sales/Lettings Executive (Off-Plan or Secondary Market):

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business through leads and client outreach
  • Appraise, list, and photograph properties
  • Conduct client viewings and match them with the right options
  • Negotiate offers and close deals on behalf of clients
  • Maintain relationships and offer exceptional after-sales support

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after hungry, confident, and resilient salespeople ready to work hard and earn big.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for success
  • Driving license (UK/EU/international) is a plus
  • Real estate experience is great, but natural sales talent is golden
