Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist

Job description:
Advance start to end payroll processing experience.
Active payroll licence valid for payroll practice in Israel a must
At least 4 years experience in operating and running payroll system Har-Gal / or Hilan -a must
Knowledge in payroll system changes and implementations will be useful.
Managing onboarding and termination process end to end
Good experience using various Payroll and HR systems, Experience in handling payroll and payroll linked vendors.
Knowledgeable on Israel employments legislation and experience in working with pensions, expenses, insurances, Benefits payroll administration.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills and good MS Office skills (including excel).
Excellent understanding payroll compliances and in calculating taxes linked to specific pay elements.
Language: Must be fluent in Hebrew and English
