We are working in partnership with a number of welcoming and supportive schools across Reading that are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour.
As an SEN TA , you will play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential by providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom.

What we're looking for: Confident and proactive approach Adaptable and resilient Enthusiastic with a positive attitude Open to new challenges and learning opportunities Committed to supporting children with additional needs The ideal SEN TA will have: Previous experience working as an Early Years, KS1 or KS2 Teaching Assistant, or as an SEN TA A patient, flexible, and compassionate approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm About the schools: We work with a variety of excellent schools across Reading, all of which are easily accessible by car or public transport.
