Salary: £15.52 per hour (£590 per week)

Job Type: Full time, Permanent, 38 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 days, 17:45 to 01:21.

The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our Night Team as a full-time Night Shunter / Cleaner / Fueller. This role is essential in ensuring our buses are cleaned, fuelled and prepared to provide safe and reliable services for our customers every day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Clean bus interiors and ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard.
  • Sweep, mop, and carry out general cleaning duties within vehicles.
  • Refuel buses at the end of service.
  • Move and park vehicles safely around the depot.
  • Carry out basic vehicle preparation tasks as required.
  • Comply with all company health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Support colleagues in maintaining a safe and efficient depot environment.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • A strong work ethic and a reliable approach.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to undertake physical work in a busy operational environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

  • A PCV licence.
  • Experience driving large vehicles.
  • Previous experience in vehicle cleaning, transport operations, logistics or similar environments is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
